Hi, I'm Brian Lynas. I grew up in Kansas City, MO to a large family. Like most kids I liked watching cartoons, and would try to draw my favorite characters on the unused pages of my school notebooks. After my two older brothers taught me how to make flip books, I would spend hours at my desk drawing stick figures in the margins of old paperback books, developing the craft.
When I figured out that people had jobs and actually got paid to create the animation in the movies and cartoons I liked, I started to guide my studies toward a career in animation.
With a Studio Art degree emphasizing Drawing and Computer Animation, and a student animation that took me 3 semesters to create, I got a job at a small studio in Kansas City where I gained many years of experience in 3D Animation.
